EaseView is operated by J-Easy Online Store. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Delivery details you enter on easeview.net before you pay: name, email, mobile number, province, city, barangay, street address, landmark and postal code. We keep them in our order records so we can pack and ship your parcel, and we pass them to PayMongo with your payment so your receipt matches your order.
• Delivery details kept in your own browser. After you place an order, the delivery details you typed are also saved on your own device so you do not have to type them again next time. They stay in your browser only — we do not receive this copy — and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
• Payment status from PayMongo. We never see or store your card number; PayMongo handles payment details.
• Your IP address and browser details (the browser's user-agent line), recorded with the order and sent to PayMongo and to Meta so a payment and an ad can be matched to the same visit.
• Website activity through the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to measure visits and purchases from our ads.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and ship your order, and to send order and tracking emails.
• To answer your questions and handle replacements.
• To measure our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. When you buy, we send Meta your email and mobile number in hashed (scrambled) form so it can match the purchase to an ad, together with your IP address and browser details, which are sent as they are.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: PayMongo (payments — your delivery details, IP address and browser details), Google (order records and email), Meta (ad measurement — hashed email and mobile number, plus your IP address and browser details), Cloudflare (website hosting) and the courier that delivers your parcel. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@easeview.net. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
